The theme "Foundations and the Future" encompasses two sub-themes. Firstly, our society has solid foundations established by previous AGES Boards and its members but additionally needs to remain dynamic to remain of relevance to its Members so that greatest care for our patients is ensured. Secondly, core subjects related to all gynaecological surgeons will always remain central to AGES’ role in ongoing training for its Members; in addition, new and advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques, in addition to slicing-edge applied sciences will be showcased so that our Members can stay abreast of modern gynaecological endoscopic options for their patients.
